Two wild card contestants Mansvi and Benafsha make a surprise entry and the latter has to battle Divya to stay in the game. Who will emerge victorious? The Roadies head to Bhutan on the next leg of their journey, where they are given the 'Bhutanese pillow fighting' task. Two gangs are made, making two teams in total and they battle it out to get one step closer to immunity.

The most anticipated event in Roadies X4 history comes into reality when it is decided that one member from Prince's team must take on another member from Rannvijay's team in the Kishi Challenge, in order to win the immunity. The Roadies are given a mentally and physically demanding immunity task, 'Bujho To Jaane', where they have to solve riddles by deciphering emoticons. The survival task that follows is a quiz, where the loser has to have cockroaches for breakfast.

The 'Quiz and Cockroach' survival task continues, where even the squad leaders compete to get immunity for their team. However, when it comes to the vote out, there is a small twist. The Roadie who gets eliminated can vote out a non immune roadie. The Roadies and their gang leaders showcase their talents in the 'Entertainment' task that assures an overdose of fun and frolic. Later, they gear up for the next survival task, where they will find out what happened to their missing gang members.

Roadies are on an emotional roller coaster ride when they are asked to choose one person from each gang to face the vote out. The Roadies then hit their next destination, Punakha for the 'Gang immunity' task, which turns out to be a herculean challenge. It's Rannvijay's gang against Neha's gang in this survival task.

The two gangs get adventurous with the Dusters and try to rescue their team member and bail out their gang leader. Later, they are forced to speak their minds in this twist nominations. Four former Roadies return to compete for a second chance at the competition. Later, the Roadies are brought to an archery contest, with a twist. Which team will acquire the coveted immunity? Gaurav gets eliminated thanks to a two-way betrayal, and he confronts Satish over it.

Later, the Roadies are put to a task to determine who will enter the semi-finals, but the girls make an appeal to the gang leader. The contestants face a daunting challenge in the graveyard task, where only a combination of strength and sharpness will get them through.
