Welcome to our community! Good morning. We have set up a site with several virtual directories, of which each directory are specific to a user account. When the device logs in, they are sent to an isolated directory depending on the user account they log into the FTP site with.

THis was working fine and all testing was going OK, until all of a sudden, nothing was able to drop images into any of the virutal directories. I can see so far that as the device or user logs in using an account, the event logs shows the authentication is being accepted. On each virtual directory, when I click on the basic settings link, and test connecting to each virtual directory using the specific allocated account, then 'test settings'; I am getting both green ticks for Authentication and Authorization.
